Added the current authorized username to the status bar. This was to help people understand what their true 'username' is with Flickr (versus what some perceive to be the screen name match).

joshholmes has uploaded a patch.

Description:
This is Josh Holmes' patch for work item 12210 - remembering the settings. This required adding readonly properties to the InsertFlickrImageForm as well as initialization code in the constructor, read/write properties to the FlickrContext and logic FlickrContextSource to write out the properties to the context. Also to aid, there were several enumerations added.
